  • Commandeered one of the worldís top-selling adult entertainment magazines, despite increasing competition from expanded print and Internet resources. 
  • Earned promotions from Associate Editor to Managing Editor to Editor-in-Chief in less than five years.
  • Spearheaded a redesigned editorial package that helped increase sales by nearly 25 percent.
  • Responsible for a annual budget of nearly one million dollars.
  • Instituted streamlined and more efficient production policies. 
  • Worked with writers and artists, both established and unknown, to see projects through from conception to completion.

  • Managed a staff of six writers and several freelance contributors.
