Experience
	July, 1996-Present CHERI Magazine New York, NY Editor-in-Chief Commandeered one of the worldís top-selling adult entertainment magazines, despite increasing competition from expanded print and Internet resources.  Earned promotions from Associate Editor to Managing Editor to Editor-in-Chief in less than five years. Spearheaded a redesigned editorial package that helped increase sales by nearly 25 percent. Responsible for a annual budget of nearly one million dollars. Instituted streamlined and more efficient production policies.  Worked with writers and artists, both established and unknown, to see projects through from conception to completion.
	January, 1991 ó July, 1996 North Jersey Newspapers  West Paterson, NJ Editor-in-Chief Editor-in-Chief of Suburban Life Newspaper, Managing Editor of TODAY Newspapers, weekly publications serving 200,000 North Jersey residents. Received dozens of writing awards for news, features, editorials and headlines. Oversaw all layout and design of the news and feature pages Managed a staff of six writers and several freelance contributors.
